My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Tim Norcross for several years. We are not youngsters and over the many years we have been with many Primary Care Doctors. In all those years and all those doctors, we have never been as well treated and cared for than with Dr. Norcross.
In recent times, Norcross Family Medicine became a Family oriented Concierge Medical Practice, We have found this exceptional care and service to even surpass the past, with careful, unlimited attention to our medical needs.
Our calls and emails to him, day or night, weekday or weekend, are responded to promptly and effectively. Whether for questions, advice, prescriptions or other needs, Dr. Tim receives and responds most always at once. We do not make after-hours calls unless we are truly in need. Other doctors do not respond after hours, and often delays of many days, if at all. Dr. Tim is always caring, always ready to help. Recently, my wife had a fall while we were out of town on a Friday. That weekend, Dr. Tim responded to my call at once and arranged needed medications to be filled at once. Most other doctors certainly would not have done so, in our experience.
The Norcross Concierge practice allows him to devote his full attention to you at every visit, without rushing or disconnecting at time limits. He follows through and is always helpful. His knowledge is exceptional, guidance is conservative and effective and he is always willing to help in any way. Finally, he is one of the nicest people we know, and has a loving, special family.
